Sales Executive – IT Staffing Sales – New England – December 12, 2011

VLink has an opening for an experienced IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, expanding current business and maintaining customer relationships.

Experience & Skills Needed for this Position:
- 3 to 5 years of overall sales experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT staffing sales
- General understanding of information technology skills such as software development, data management, testing/qa, business intelligence
- Proven experience prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, presenting to clients and gathering requirements
- Solid telephone cold calling techniques
- Outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Sell IT staffing solutions
- Acquire and develop new customers and accounts, and increase established business
- Work closely with VLink Account Managers to fill customer requirements
- Meet and exceed personal production goals
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be a self-starter

VLink has an opening for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for working with our sales and account management professionals to fill open positions, receive and evaluate job requirements, and maintain and grow existing customer accounts.

The successful candidate will have three to five years of experience filling contract positions in a wide range of IT-related skills. The successful candidate will also have the ability to demonstrate successful recruiting and account management strategies, and telephone, written and client relationship building skills.
