VLINK 4th QUARTER & FULL YEAR 2011 RESULTS ACHIEVE RECORD LEVELS

STRONG DEMAND FOR CONTRACT IT CONSULTANTS CONTINUES

HARTFORD, Conn. – January 12, 2012 – VLink today announced that results from sales in the fourth quarter of 2011 and for the full year increased to new record highs. Revenues showed a 63% increase versus Q4 2010 levels and a 69% increase as compared to the full year of 2010. The sustained demand for contract IT consultants throughout 2011 was driven by the substantial increase in new customers, placements and hour billed. Companies that had put off planned projects in 2010, changes in the US healthcare laws and a reviving US economy combined to push the need for additional staffing support.

“We have just completed a year of high growth that saw VLink substantially increase its working headcount, billable hours and client roster.” said David Krentzman, Director of Sales for VLink. “Our investment in high quality employees in all areas of our operations has enabled us to scale our delivery and back-office support to meet the sustained demand for high-value IT contract consultants. We continue to invest in people and infrastructure to support the present and anticipated increase in our IT staffing business. I am optimistic that 2012 will be another successful year of growth for our great company.”
