Must Have Skills:
At least 6-8 years' experience of Business Analysis experience; prior experience in Retail/ecommerce industry is preferred but not a must
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable interacting with and holding conversations with senior Client IT leaders
Ability to elicit critical information with the right kind of questions
Proficient in MS Office suite (primarily MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint)
Familiarity with technologies like Kafka, Drools, Camunda, NoSQL DB (Couchbase) , etc.
Aptitude to prioritize and efficiently manage workloads from multiple work streams with deadlines
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with clients to learn more about what they want to do from a collaboration perspective.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:      
Collaborate with scrum master/architect to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Help development team to understand the user stories and provide clarifications if any
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new   functionalities
