Job Description: This role will be the lead Project Manager for the Process Control Domain (PCD) IT security program and is accountable for all management activities across the various work-streams. Primary responsibility will be to take the current program high-level objectives/tasks/targets/deliverables and formulate detailed project plans, resource requirements, budget estimates, and reporting dashboard reports.

Future Responsibilities:

  • Specific responsibility for the site Project Manager includes creating and maintaining weekly status reports, issues tracking, MOC approvals, weekly planning on a page, and monitoring any/all technical issues as well as reviewing CGI site resources, work-stream status, key issues and blockers, dashboards, and handling any resource issues.
  • This project also entails the implementation of a technology solution to automate deployment and management of security controls, centralize reporting of controls maturity and compliance, and improve access control and security management for our customer's PCD environments.
  • The Project Manager will assist through the planning, delivery, and deployment phases focused on rapid detection, analysis, and mitigation of network intrusions. In addition, the Project Manager will assist with the development of a communication and implementation strategy to guide the end client's managers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Critical Infrastructure IT security in the Oil & Gas sector is strongly preferred
  • PMP Certification strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of PCD domain experience
  • IT Security experience
  • Solid project management (At least 5 years), site implementation, and manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise level Infrastructure implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and support services.
  • Stakeholder management and risk management experience
  • Solid knowledge of a recognized PDF and the PM Toolkit
  • Preventive/predictive maintenance on DCS and Process Control computing systems

Desired Qualification:

  • Knowledge of heterogeneous networked Client and Dell server environment, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere, VMware Replication, ESXi, Veeam, Hyper-V, Delta-V Virtual Studio, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec System Recovery, Altiris, Veritas Backup Exec, Citrix, Active Directory, Powershell, and Group Policies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Server Hardware, TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, BIND, SMTP, NTP, LDAP, HTTP, SSH, FTP, OPC, DCOM, iSCSI, and Fiber-channel.
  • Excellent communication/customer service skills, strong analytical skills, strong documentation/written communication skills, prioritize and multi-tasking and ability to work well in a collaborative teaming environment.
