Job Description
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
” 5-10 years of experience in automotive powertrain software development experience
” Experience in controls Software development for embedded systems
” Model-Based-Design with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow and production autocoding with TargetLink and Embedded Coder
” Programming in C, C++
” Software integration, building, and testing
” Experience in static code analysis using LDRA” Experience working with Source, Change, Revision management systems/tools
Experience with ETAS calibration development toolchain (INCA, MDA)
” Experience with CAN network architecture and Vector CAN tool suite (CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape)

Responsibilities :
Implement production embedded controller software using both Model-Based-Development (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/TargetLink/Embedded Coder) and hand-written code based on control algorithm design models and/or textual requirements
” Work collaboratively with Controls engineers, Calibration engineers, and project management to ensure correct implementation of software as per requirements and timing
” Review design changes to Model-Based and Hand-coded Powertrain Controls ECU Software features and create production software implementation requirements adhering to development conventions and guidelines
” Perform implementation of software changes for both Model-Based and Hand-coded features, adhering to development conventions and guidelines, working with Powertrain toolchains, processes, and systems
” Perform reviews of all artifacts in the software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, code, test-cases, test results, documentation
” Create test plans based on requirements and best-practices
” Perform software testing at the Unit and Integration level
