REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Strong Project Manager with proven ability to develop/manage resources (some virtual), risks, deliverables, presentations, quality, etc.
  • Identify dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned project(s).
  • Ensure project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned project(s).
  • Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Application Rationalization familiarity
  • Pharma experience, multiple workstream projects
  • Manage stakeholder (business and IT) engagement effectively. Serve as a single point of contact for multiple stakeholders with respects to application lifecycle (initiation, creation, intregraion, decommissioning, retirement) and all the data points associated
  • Business Analysis and Strong project scheduling experience
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to inspire confidence when interacting with Executive level management
  • MS Office, MS Project, Waterfall, Agile project experience highly preferred

Skill Set Years of Experience Proficiency Level

  • Project Management 8+ Expert
  • Pharma 2+ Expert
