SEPv14 full client in a virtual environment
CURRENT TROUBLE TICKET – Troubleshoot resource issues with the virtual servers (top priority)
Client to be removed when DCS implementation is completed
Upgrade corporate SEP12 to SEP14 – standard clients
Coordinate with help desk for distribution and implementation status – follow ups/escalations only
Report of status
Exchange SEP (SMSSME)
Exchange integration and monitoring for malware resident in email
Already stood up and functioning
Need to integrate in IR processes
Knowledge transfer to IR team
SEP14 agentless (partially) for VDI using DCS
Running smooth – need config verification/exceptions review & need verification of coverage
SEP14 in manufacturing
New Village SEP deployment (completed) – monitor client rollout status, performed by manufacturing teams
GUP – definitions distribution redesign to improve effectiveness
2 GUP distribution servers in each major site – already built and ready – currently in testing
Update all SEP clients to gather definitions from these servers
Verify and monitor alerts
Review alert list and adjust alerts as needed for proper operations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
SEP experience, good communication and organization skills
