Job Description

” Meet with hospital and clinic site contacts
” Explain project and impact it will have on the department/clinic/site
” Understand where their shared data is located.
” Provide list of shared data showing usage reports.
” Sort through data to determine what data needs to be moved
” Determine if data contains PHI
” In accordance with Client governance determine location data should be moved to in SharePoint
” In accordance with Client governance determine who should have access to data in SharePoint
” Provide detailed instructions to be given to Technical team that will move data.
” Ensure PHI data is identified so it can be moved to designated PHI location within SharePoint and classified as PHI
