Job Description
• PPM Solution Knowledge: Project Online / Project Server
o Serves as the functional business administrator of the platform working with the leadership team to determine the optimal configuration of the tool. (custom fields, lookup table maintenance, project creation, etc.)
o Assist with the identification band level 3 support for the tool (our support staff takes care of 1&2 and we would get involved in more complicated items to ensure it isn't a business process issue before it gets escalated to our SAAS vendor Microsoft)
o Knowledge of a Microsoft Office 365 environment
§ SharePoint site creation, usage, list, library and site creation
§ Ad-hoc reports from Project Online (Excel based reports, pivot tables, pivot charts, etc.)
• Advanced SharePoint Knowledge:
o Site creation and configuration
o Development on webpage templates for projects
o Ability to be an admin from a knowledge perspective but the administrative duties will be elsewhere.
• Advanced Excel skills:
o Data modeling
o Macros
o Analysis with pivot tables
o Data sources such as odata feeds, SQL, etc.
• Data Set Ownership: PowerBi Data (could also be Tableua data set or Excel data model)
o Owns the creation, maintenance and expansion of our PowerBi dataset pulling in data from SharePoint libraries, Project Online and other data sources
o Creates custom measures and calculations for the purposes of analyzing the data
o Creates and supports the aggregation of multiple data sources into our single dataset (e.g., 10 similar spreadsheets being pulled into the dataset as one source of data)
o Supports all our online "reference files” which are excel files that get pulled into PowerBi
• Business Analyst Skills:
o Provides business level support for our EPM, SharePoint and PowerBi platforms
o Understands the business focus of using these platforms and can articulate that to our stakeholders and users.
o Solicits and documents requirements for new features, items or prototypes
o Able to manage an offshore team providing requirements and reviewing the output from the team
o Documents the processes (technical and business) via best practices in a playbook or other sources

Responsibilities
Experience with MS Project Server PPM system
