Overview
Although many healthcare providers have interest and plans in implementing analytics solutions, in reality, very few of them have the right strategies and tools in place to collect, nurture and analyze clinical, financial, and patient-related data to gain actionable insights that help provide better patient experiences. Similar to many providers, our client’s current system required various application teams to extract and nurture data from each application such as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, billing systems, clinical applications, etc., and then reconcile the extracted data leveraging other tools which resulted in inconsistencies. The process that required the involvement of several teams, technologies, and tools was followed for each identified use case. Our client needed an efficient solution that would provide them instant access to accurate data, dashboards, and reports on one platform
